On accessing the website on this occasion and on each subsequent occasion you will be deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions that apply to its use and to the facilities, services and information provided by it. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and it is your obligation to check if changes have been made. Your use of the website after changes are posted on-line will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery, Installation & Recycle Charges
We offer a free local delivery service from 09:00am to 16:30pm.
Please enquire via email (info@jjquinnelectrical.com) or via phone 028 8774 0216 for any delivery queries outside of a 20 mile radius.
Subject to availability we can offer installation, please enquire prior to delivery.
We can recycle your old appliances, a fee may occur – please enquire prior to delivery.
All goods must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Please note all gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Business cards are subject to a 3% charge.
We offer a layover finance option – stock can be held until paid for in full.
Gift vouchers should be redeemed within 12 months of date of purchase.
Cheques are still accepted at J.J. Quinn Electrical.
Products listed remain the property of J.J. Quinn Electrical until product is paid in full.
Faulty or damaged items
If you have received an item which you believe is faulty or damaged. You should contact our service team immediately on 028 8774 0216 for further advice on returns procedures.
If a fault occurs after 28 days
As a retailer we are only given a month from date of purchase to deal with faulty products. If a fault occurs after a month from your purchase you must refer to the appliance manufacturer for further service information.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Northern Ireland Law and the Northern Ireland courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
